Kim Kaid
Founder & CEO
Kim Kaid, founder and CEO of Kaid Marketing & Design spent the last 15 years of her career in the corporate world as a Head of Marketing for a couple of construction-based companies. Kim brings with her extensive knowledge of both marketing strategies and creative design. Kim has taken what she has learned over the years and scaled it down to better suit small local businesses.

As the Founder & CEO of Kaid Marketing Kim spends her time overseeing business development and overall operations. In addition to being the owner of Kaid Marketing, Kim is also a wife and a mother of two children. During her free time, you will likely find Kim in the kitchen cooking or hosting a family gathering.

Jennifer Morris
Head of Website Development
Growing up in Wake Forest and now living life in Charlotte, Jennifer loves working with small businesses that continue to make North Carolina grow. With a background in public health and non-profit communications, her expertise lies in connecting with community members and amplifying their mission to reach their goals. She also works alongside her Mom on their family real estate team.

She and her husband Charlie are welcoming their first child this fall. They love to check out new restaurants and visit local nature trails with their Weimaraner Ollie (who often makes his appearance on video calls).
As the Head of Website Development with Kaid Marketing, she works with our clients to design and develop their websites with key target audiences in mind. From building a new site revamping an established brand, design and functionality are the main goals for the face of your business.
Rylan Souders
Head of Social Media Management
Rylan is a 2022 graduate of Campbell University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With experience as a Marketing Coordinator in both corporate and small business settings, Rylan has honed her skills in crafting effective marketing strategies.
Her passion for photography enriches her professional and personal life, and she is proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Moonpie, and indulging her minor coffee addiction.
